### Getting Started
1. **Sign Up**: Create an account using email, Google, or Apple Sign-In

1. Open the app and sign in

### Account & Login
**Q: How do I create an account?**
A: Tap "Sign Up" and choose:
- Email and password
- Sign in with Google
- Sign in with Apple
**Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?**
A: On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link.
**Q: Can I use the app without an account?**
A: You need an account to create surveys, but respondents can take surveys without signing up.
**Q: How do I change my email address?**
A: Go to Settings > Account > Email and follow the verification steps.
**Q: How do I delete my account?**
A: Settings > Account > Delete Account. Note: This permanently deletes all your surveys and data.
### Creating Surveys
**Q: What question types are available?**
A: We support:
- Multiple Choice (select multiple options)
- Single Choice (select one option)
- Text Input (short or long answers)
- Rating Scale (1-5 or 1-10 stars)
- Yes/No questions
- Likert Scale (Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree)
**Q: How many questions can I add?**
A: There's no fixed limit, but we recommend 5-15 questions for best response rates.
**Q: Can I add images to questions?**
A: Yes! Tap the image icon when creating a question to upload from your photo library.
**Q: Can I edit a survey after publishing?**
A: Yes, but note that changes will apply to new responses. Existing responses remain unchanged.
**Q: Is the survey description required?**
A: No, the description is optional. You can leave it blank if you prefer.
**Q: Can I duplicate a survey?**
A: Yes! Long-press on any survey and select "Duplicate" to create a copy.
**Q: How do I delete a survey?**
A: Tap on the survey > Menu (three dots) > Delete Survey. This will permanently delete all responses.
### Sharing & Distribution
**Q: How do I share my survey?**
A: After creating a survey, you can:
- Share the QR code image
- Copy and share the direct link
- Save QR code to your photo library
- Share via messaging apps or email
**Q: Can people take the survey without the app?**
A: Yes! The survey link works in any web browser on mobile or desktop.
**Q: How long is the survey link valid?**
A: Survey links are permanent and valid as long as the survey exists.
**Q: Can I print the QR code?**
A: Absolutely! Save the QR code and print it for events, posters, or handouts.
**Q: Can I limit who can access my survey?**
A: Currently, anyone with the link or QR code can access your survey. Private surveys are coming soon!
### Taking Surveys
**Q: Do I need an account to respond to a survey?**
A: No! Respondents can take surveys without creating an account.
**Q: Can I edit my survey response after submitting?**
A: No, responses are final once submitted. Make sure to review before submitting.
**Q: Why are some fields required?**
A: Survey creators can mark questions as required. You must answer these to submit.
**Q: Can I take the same survey multiple times?**
A: Yes, unless the survey creator has enabled single-response restrictions (coming soon).
**Q: What if I accidentally close the survey?**
A: Don't worry! Just scan the QR code again or use the link. Your progress isn't saved, so start fresh.
### Viewing Results
**Q: How do I view survey responses?**
A: Tap on any survey > "View Responses" to see all submissions.
**Q: Can I see real-time responses?**
A: Yes! Pull to refresh on the responses screen to see the latest submissions.
**Q: Can I export survey data?**
A: Yes! Go to Survey Details > Export > Choose CSV or JSON format.
**Q: What analytics are available?**
A: View:
- Total responses
- Response rate over time
- Question-by-question breakdown
- Text response summaries
- Average ratings
**Q: Can I delete individual responses?**
A: Yes, swipe left on any response and tap "Delete".
**Q: Can respondents see other people's answers?**
A: No, responses are private and only visible to the survey creator.
### Technical Issues
**Q: The app is crashing. What should I do?**
A: Try these steps:
1. Force close and reopen the app
2. Check for app updates in the App Store
3. Restart your device
4. Reinstall the app (your data is saved in the cloud)
**Q: I can't save my survey.**
A: Check:
- Internet connection is stable
- All required fields are filled
- You're signed in to your account
- Try again after a few seconds
