AIVora Lab ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Bulk Barcode Generator mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

### Information You Provide
The App does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. All data you enter (barcode content, labels, etc.) remains on your device only.
### Automatically Collected Information
Camera Access:
- Used solely for scanning barcodes in real-time
- Images are processed locally on your device
- No photos or camera data are stored, uploaded, or shared
Storage Access:
- Used only to save exported barcode files (PDF, PNG, JPG) to your device
- You have full control over these files
- Files are saved to public folders (Pictures/Downloads) for easy access
Photo Gallery Access:
- Used only when you choose to scan barcodes from existing images
- We only read the selected image for barcode scanning
- No photos are uploaded, stored, or transmitted
### Third-Party Services
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)
Our App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use the following information:
- Device identifiers (such as Advertising ID)
- IP address
- Device type and operating system
- App usage data for ad targeting
- Ad interaction data (clicks, impressions)

## How We Use Information
Camera: Exclusively for scanning barcodes. Images are processed in real-time and immediately discarded.
Storage: Only to save barcode files that you explicitly choose to export.
Gallery Access: Only to read images you select for barcode scanning.
## Data Storage and Security
- Local Storage Only: All barcode data, labels, and generated content are stored only on your device
- No Cloud Sync: We do not sync, backup, or transmit your data to any servers
- No User Accounts: The App does not require login or user accounts
- Offline Functionality: The App works fully offline (except for ads)
## Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do NOT share, sell, or disclose any of your personal information.
Third-Party Sharing:
- Google AdMob collects advertising data as described above
- When you use the Share function, data is shared through Android's native sharing system to apps YOU choose
## Your Rights and Choices
You Control:
- What barcodes you generate
- What files you export
- What data you share with other apps
- Camera and storage permissions (can be revoked in Settings)
Data Deletion:
- Generated barcodes: Clear from Preview tab or uninstall the App
- Exported files: Delete from your device's file manager
- Ad data: Managed through your device's ad settings
## Children's Privacy
Our App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App is rated for general audiences and does not contain age-inappropriate content.
## Permissions Explained
CAMERA (Required for scanning)
- Purpose: Scan barcodes using device camera
- Usage: Real-time scanning only, no storage
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES (Optional)
- Purpose: Select images from gallery for barcode scanning
- Usage: Read selected images only
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Optional, Android 12 and below)
- Purpose: Save exported barcode files
- Usage: Write files only when you export
## Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:
- Posting the new Privacy Policy in the App
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
